My Story

For more than 12 years, I’ve worked in higher education career coaching, guiding thousands of college students, alumni, and young professionals as they launched and developed their careers.

After becoming a mama myself, my work took on deeper meaning. I felt drawn to support caregivers, especially moms, who are navigating career transitions, returning to work after a pause, or redefining success in a new stage of life.

I know firsthand how common it is to ask:
Who am I professionally now? Where do I fit? What do I want next?

I believe career paths aren’t linear, and stepping away from work is never stepping away from your potential. With the right support, career transitions can become empowering turning points.
